The Scottsbluff Bearcats basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Hastings Tigers to 51 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bearcats now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alliance for a B District 8 contest on Friday, February 3.

The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest (Grand Island, NE). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Northwest ran past Lexington (Lexington, NE), 51-33, in a non-league contest.
