In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Hillsboro Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 61-28 triumph over the Minneapolis Lions.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Haven Wildcats (Haven, KS) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 31. Hillsboro will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 13-0 record after their 41-38 non-league win over Andale (Andale, KS).
