The Bulldogs now possess a 12-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Hondo for a 3A Region IV District 32 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Lyford will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 64-33 league win over IDEA Weslaco Pike (Weslaco, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 17-10.

The Rockets (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against IDEA Sports Park (Brownsville, TX). The Stingrays come into the 3A Region IV District 32 battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, IDEA Sports Park was nudged by Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, TX), 69-45, in a league battle.
