With the win, Miller Career Academy upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The travel to Webster Groves (Webster Groves, MO) to play the Statesmen in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Statesmen go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Webster Groves lost 55-43 in their recent non-league bout against St. Louis University (St. Louis, MO)

Next up, the Fighting Indians play the Doniphan Dons (Doniphan, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Jackson will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 55-49 non-league loss to Saxony Lutheran (Jackson, MO).
