Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Nandua Warriors (Onley, VA) and the host Pocomoke Warriors (Pocomoke, MD), saw Nandua's basketball squad knock off Pocomoke by a count of 71-63.

With the victory, Nandua upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA) to play the Firebirds in a Eastern Shore challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a record of 7-9.

Next up, the Warriors play the Decatur Seahawks (Berlin, MD) in a Bayside - South challenge, on Monday, January 30. Pocomoke will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Seahawks come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 92-36 league win over Crisfield (Crisfield, MD).
