The North Webster Knights basketball team (Springhill, LA), was overwhelmed 77-9 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Wossman Wildcats (Monroe, LA)
The Wildcats now possess a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union Parish for a 3A District 1 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Wossman will confront a Farmers team coming off a 73-54 league loss to Carroll (Monroe, LA). The Farmers record now stands at 7-10.
The Knights (0-9) will now prepare for their battle against Carroll (Monroe, LA). The Bulldogs come into the 3A District 1 battle with a 16-9 record. In their last battle, Carroll trounced Union Parish (Farmerville, LA), 73-54, in a league battle.
