Maryland High School Basketball - Northwest can't hold off Walter Johnson

The Walter Johnson Wildcats basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Northwest Jaguars to 59 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poolesville for a non-league match on Friday, February 3.
With the defeat, Northwest moves to 3-9 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Damascus (Damascus, MD) to meet the Hornets in a non-league match on Monday, January 30. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 16-0. Damascus won 72-37 in their recent league match against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD)
