The Panorama Panthers (Panora, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting Woodward Academy Knights (Woodward, IA), 60-41 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA). The Hawks go into the West Central test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Woodward-Granger notched a victory over Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA), 61-38, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasantville for a West Central test on Tuesday, January 31. Woodward Academy will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 76-56 non-league win over Chariton (Chariton, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 8-8.
