Stargate School Eagles (Thornton, CO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Arrupe Jesuit Generals (Denver, CO), 33-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Stargate School upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Flatirons Academy (Westminster, CO) to play the Bison in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Bison come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Generals play the Englewood Pirates (Englewood, CO) in a bout, on Saturday, January 28. Arrupe Jesuit will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Pirates come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 65-55 league win over DSST: Montview (Denver, CO).
