The Advanced Tech Academy Lakers (Dearborn, MI) basketball nipped the host Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI), 40-35 in Friday's non-league test.
The Lakers (5-9) will now prepare for their test against River Rouge (River Rouge, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, River Rouge was tipped by Hamtramck (Hamtramck, MI), 48-37, in a league test.
The Railsplitters now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Allen Park for a Downriver test on Tuesday, January 31. Lincoln Park will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 50-40 league win over Taylor (Taylor, MI). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-3.
