Pleasanton Blu-Jays (Pleasanton, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Altoona-Midway Jets (Buffalo, KS), 54-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pleasanton upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Blu-Jays travel to Crest (Colony, KS) to play the Lancers in a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 6-6.

Next up, the Jets play the Uniontown Eagles (Uniontown, KS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Altoona-Midway will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record.
