With the victory, Jersey improves its record to 17-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Greenfield/Northwestern (Greenfield, IL) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 17-10. Greenfield/Northwestern won 43-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Granite City (Granite City, IL)

Next up, the Tigers play the Liberty Eagles (Liberty, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Beardstown will attempt to improve on its 8-21 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-24 record after their 42-23 non-league loss to Macomb (Macomb, IL).
