The Garrison Forest (Owings Mills, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings (Buckeystown, MD), 35-26 in Friday's league test.
The (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Mount de Sales Academy (Catonsville, MD). The Sailors go into the IAAM B test with a 8-12 record. In their last test, Mount de Sales Academy went down by John Carroll (Bel Air, MD), 58-50, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Gerstell Academy for a IAAM B test on Monday, January 30. St. John's Catholic Prep will encounter a squad coming off a 58-55 league win over Concordia Prep (Towson, MD). The record now stands at 13-4.
