Nebraska High School Basketball - Gretna trounces Omaha Northwest

The Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) basketball crushed the visiting Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE), 67-27 in Friday's league test.

The Dragons (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE). The Silver Hawks go into the A District TBD test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Lincoln Southwest was trounced by Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE), 49-37, in a league test.

The Huskies now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Southeast for a A District TBD test on Saturday, January 28. Omaha Northwest will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 54-46 league loss to Fremont (Fremont, NE). The Knights record now stands at 7-8.
