Florida High School Basketball - Hagerty crushes Matanzas

Hagerty Huskies (Oviedo, FL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL), 77-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hagerty upgrades its record to 24-1 on the campaign.

Next up, the Pirates play the Lake Howell Silver Hawks (Winter Park, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Matanzas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-19 season record. The Silver Hawks come into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 33-30 non-league win over Oviedo (Oviedo, FL).
