The Rocky Mount Academy Eagles (Rocky Mount, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans (Henderson, NC), 61-21 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Christ Covenant (Winterville, NC). The Spartan go into the non-league test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Christ Covenant walloped New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC), 55-32, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Faith Christian for a NCISAA Carolina Independent test on Tuesday, January 31. Kerr-Vance Academy will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 65-37 league win over Community Christian (Wilson, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 7-9.
