Warroad Warriors (Warroad, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Laporte Wildcats (Laporte, MN), 58-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Warroad upgrades its record to 4-14 on the season. The Warriors travel to Stephen-Argyle Central (Stephen, MN) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 2-10.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves (Walker, MN) in a A Section 5 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Laporte will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record.
