Parkland Trojans (Allentown, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting William Allen Canaries (Allentown, PA), 63-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Parkland upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Bethlehem Catholic (Bethlehem, PA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 11-6. Bethlehem Catholic lost 55-52 in their recent league bout against Easton Area (Easton, PA)

Next up, the Canaries play the Moravian Academy Lions (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. William Allen will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 35-24 non-league loss to Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA).
