Texas High School Basketball - Roby routs Rankin

In Friday's non-league outing, the Roby Lions (Roby, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Rankin Red Devils (Rankin, TX), by a count of 51-22.

The Lions (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Knox City (Knox City, TX). The Greyhounds go into the 1A Region II District 15 outing with a 5-3 record.

The Red Devils now hold a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Marathon for a 1A Region II District 10 outing on Tuesday, January 31. Rankin will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 46-37 league loss to Buena Vista (Imperial, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-8.
