The Midland Legacy Rebels soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Tascosa Rebels to 1 in the Rebels non-league victory on Friday.
Next, the Rebels face the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 2 contest, on Friday, February 3. Midland Legacy will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 10-1 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Amarillo (Amarillo, TX).
The Rebels now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Plainview for a 5A Region 1 District 3 contest on Saturday, February 4. Tascosa will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Perryton (Perryton, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-8.
