In Friday's league test, the visiting Barrington Eagles ice hockey team scored a tight 2-1 win over the La Salle Academy Rams.

The Eagles (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Moses Brown (Providence, RI). The Quakers enter the State Championship Division test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Moses Brown was nipped by Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI), 5-1, in a league test.

Next up, the Rams encounter the East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI) in a State Championship Division test, on Saturday, January 28. La Salle Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Avengers enter the test with a 4-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Prout (Wakefield, RI).
