The Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT) ice hockey bounced the visiting Hoosac Owls (Hoosick, NY), 11-2 in Friday's league battle.
The Highlanders now hold a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Millbrook School for a battle on Wednesday, February 1. Frederick Gunn will play a Mustangs team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Northfield Mount Hermon (Mount Hermon, MA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-11.
The Owls (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Titans come into the battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Wilbraham & Monson Academy beat Greenwich Country Day (Greenwich, CT), 4-0, in a league battle.
