The Leonardtown Raiders basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Huntingtown Hurricanes to 53 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Point for a contest on Wednesday, February 1.
The Hurricanes (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets enter the contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, Great Mills nudged La Plata (La Plata, MD), 56-30, in a league contest.
