The Bergen Charter basketball team (Hackensack, NJ), dropped 52-36 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Cedar Grove Panthers (Cedar Grove, NJ)
The Panthers now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newark Academy for a Super Essex - Freedom battle on Tuesday, January 30. Cedar Grove will battle a Minutemen team coming off a 59-41 non-league loss to West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 6-6.
The (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ). The Ridgers come into the non-league battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Glen Ridge dropped by West Orange (West Orange, NJ), 41-38, in a non-league battle.
