Ohio High School Basketball - Bishop Watterson can't hold off Big Walnut

The Big Walnut Golden Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Bishop Watterson Eagles to 46 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marion Harding for a non-league contest on Monday, January 29. Big Walnut will battle a Presidents team coming off a 75-65 league loss to River Valley (Caledonia, OH). The Presidents record now stands at 12-4.

The Eagles (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record.
