In Saturday's non-league outing, the Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Salem Quakers (Salem, OH), by a count of 63-27.

The Cardinals (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, John F. Kennedy Catholic was crushed by Mogadore (Mogadore, OH), 63-53, in a league outing.
