With the victory, Greenforest improves its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Atlanta Classical Academy (Atlanta, GA) to confront the Cavaliers in a A D2 Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 14-5.

Next up, the Jaguars confront the North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA) in a AAAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Cedar Shoals will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 20-3 record after their 87-28 league win over Johnson (Gainesville, GA).
