The Chestnut Ridge Lions basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers to 51 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McCort for a Laurel Highlands contest on Monday, January 29. Chestnut Ridge will meet a Crushers team coming off a 59-37 league loss to Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA). The Crushers record now stands at 9-7.

The Mountaineers (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats enter the Laurel Highlands contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Huntingdon was routed by Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA), 80-60, in a league contest.
