The Christian County Colonels basketball team (Hopkinsville, KY), was toppled 65-56 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY)
The Mustangs now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlisle County for a non-league battle on Monday, January 29. McCracken County will confront a Comets team coming off a 82-70 non-league win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Comets record now stands at 14-6.
The Colonels (5-14) will now prepare for their battle against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY). The Dragons come into the non-league battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Warren Central beat Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY), 76-45, in a league battle.
