The Velva Aggies (Velva, ND) basketball crushed the visiting Divide County Maroons (Crosby, ND), 73-34 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Aggies (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Harvey (Harvey, ND). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Harvey walloped Drake/Anamoose (Drake, ND), 62-53, in a non-league test.
The Maroons now own a 0-14 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a B District 7 test on Tuesday, January 30. Divide County will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 53-38 league win over Trenton (Trenton, ND). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-1.
