Dufur Rangers (Dufur, OR) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ione/Arlington Cardinals (Ione, OR), 55-24 in a league bout.

With the victory, Dufur upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Condon (Condon, OR) to play the Blue Devils in a 1A Big Sky bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 11-4. Condon won 63-46 in their recent league bout against Trout Lake (Trout Lake, WA)

Next up, the Cardinals play the South Wasco County Redsides (Maupin, OR) in a 1A Big Sky bout, on Monday, January 29. Ione/Arlington will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Redsides come into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 63-27 league loss to Sherman (Moro, OR).
