The Gilchrist Grizzlies basketball team (Gilchrist, OR), was overwhelmed 66-36 in Saturday's league battle with the host Lost River Raiders (Merrill, OR)
The Raiders now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chiloquin for a 1A Mountain Valley battle on Monday, January 29. Lost River will confront a Panthers/Queens team coming off a 59-47 league win over Central Christian (Redmond, OR). The Panthers/Queens record now stands at 8-7.
The Grizzlies (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Prospect (Prospect, OR). The Cougars come into the 1A Mountain Valley battle with a 6-9 record.
