Heritage Generals (Ringgold, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA), 86-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Heritage upgrades its record to 10-11 on the season. The Generals host Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA) to play the Bruins in a AAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 15-7. Northwest Whitfield lost 51-36 in their recent non-league bout against Dalton (Dalton, GA)

Next up, the Raiders play the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) in a AAAA Region 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Southeast Whitfield County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-20 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 19-3 record after their 64-51 non-league win over Temple (Temple, GA).
