The Iowa-Grant Panthers basketball team (Livingston, WI), was toppled 71-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Shullsburg Miners (Shullsburg, WI)
The Miners now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Ridge for a Six Rivers - West battle on Tuesday, January 30. Shullsburg will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 68-41 league win over Highland (Highland, WI). The Timberwolves record now stands at 12-4.
The Panthers (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Cassville (Cassville, WI). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 4-13 record. In their last battle, Cassville was toppled by Shullsburg (Shullsburg, WI), 70-32, in a league battle.
