Indiana High School Basketball - Jimtown can't hold off Tippecanoe Valley

The Jimtown Jimmies basketball team (Elkhart, IN), was nudged 36-29 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN)

The Vikings now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 1. Tippecanoe Valley will battle a Panthers team coming off a 73-47 non-league loss to Clinton Prairie (Frankfort, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 4-12.

The Jimmies (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Elkhart Christian Academy (Elkhart, IN). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Elkhart Christian Academy edged Oregon-Davis (Hamlet, IN), 60-36, in a non-league battle.
