The Roughriders enter the game with a 10-5 record after their 63-59 non-league win over Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH).

With the defeat, Van Buren moves to 7-9 on the year. The Black knights travel to Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 31. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 7-7. Columbus Grove lost 59-45 in their recent non-league game against Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH)
