The KIPP Cooper Norcross (Camden, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ), 48-45 in Saturday's non-league test.
The (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Willingboro (Willingboro, NJ). The Chimeras go into the non-league test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Willingboro was tipped by Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ), 58-30, in a non-league test.
The Minutemen now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Clearview for a Tri-County - Royal test on Monday, January 29. Washington Township will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 50-43 non-league win over West Deptford (Westville, NJ). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-6.
