Lab University Prep Regional Lab Rats (Charlotte, NC) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Combine Academy Global (Lincolnton, NC), 63-56 in a league bout.
With the victory, Lab University Prep Regional upgrades its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Lab Rats host NorthPoint Christian Academy (Waxhaw, NC) to play the NightHawks in a Metro Area bout on Monday, January 29. The NightHawks come into the bout with a record of 11-7. NorthPoint Christian Academy lost 64-58 in their recent league bout against Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC)
Next up, the play the Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy Eagles (Huntersville, NC) in a Freelance bout, on Monday, January 29. Combine Academy Global will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 4-15 record after their 76-36 league loss to Combine Academy Global (Lincolnton, NC).
