Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Margaretta Polar Bears (Castalia, OH) and the visiting South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH), saw Margaretta's basketball squad wallop South Central by a count of 72-20.

With the victory, Margaretta upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Polar Bears travel to Vermilion (Vermilion, OH) to play the Sailors in a Sandusky Bay - Bay challenge on Friday, February 2. The Sailors come into the challenge with a record of 4-11.

Next up, the Trojans play the Seneca East Tigers (Attica, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. South Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 55-54 league win over Carey (Carey, OH).
