The Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) basketball nipped the host Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN), 54-52 in Saturday's league test.
The Bluejackets (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Bloomington South (Bloomington, IN). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 11-8 record. In their last test, Bloomington South was tipped by Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN), 60-52, in a non-league test.
The Commodores now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they host South Spencer for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3.
