The West Bend West Spartans basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Oak Creek Knights to 58 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port Washington for a North Shore contest on Tuesday, January 30. West Bend West will battle a Pirates team coming off a 98-45 league loss to Nicolet (Glendale, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 1-14.

The Knights (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Trail (Kenosha, WI). The Hawks enter the Southeast contest with a 9-9 record. In their last match, Indian Trail was nipped by Kaukauna (Kaukauna, WI), 60-57, in a non-league match.
