The Piscataway Chiefs basketball team (Piscataway, NJ), was overwhelmed 81-56 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ)
The Cardinals now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westfield for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Plainfield will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 60-42 non-league win over Oratory Prep (Summit, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-9.
The Chiefs (8-11) will now prepare for their battle against Colonia (Colonia, NJ). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Colonia trounced Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ), 63-46, in a non-league battle.
