The Salisbury Dragons basketball team (Salisbury, MD), was nudged 60-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE)
The Golden Knights now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milford for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Sussex Central will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 64-49 non-league win over Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Buccaneers record now stands at 5-7.
The Dragons (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, North Caroline was nudged by Kent Island (Stevensville, MD), 75-53, in a league battle.
