In Saturday's league outing, the Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME) basketball squad beat the visiting Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME), by a margin of 38-30.
The Ramblers (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME). The Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 2-12 record.
The Flyers now own a 11-4 record. They play next when they host Old Orchard Beach for a C South outing on Tuesday, January 30. Waynflete will clash with a Seagulls squad coming off a 73-40 league loss to Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME). The Seagulls record now stands at 6-7.
