With the victory, Smoky Hill upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Overland (Aurora, CO) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Trailblazers come into the bout with a record of 0-7.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Mullen will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 48-38 non-league win over Arapahoe (Centennial, CO).
