The Johnson Crusaders basketball team (Clark, NJ), dropped 47-28 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Cranford Cougars (Cranford, NJ)
The Cougars now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elizabeth for a Union County - Valley battle on Tuesday, January 30. Cranford will confront a Minutemen team coming off a 52-25 non-league win over Weequahic (Newark, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 12-6.
The Crusaders (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Hillside (Hillside, NJ). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Hillside beat Dayton (Springfield, NJ), 48-27, in a league battle.
