The Earlham Cardinals (Earlham, IA) basketball nipped the host Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA), 61-54 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (9-5) will now prepare for their test against CAM (Anita, IA). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, CAM got by West Harrison (Mondamin, IA), 70-33, in a league test.
The Wolverines now own a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Southwest Valley for a non-league test on Monday, January 29. Nodaway Valley will encounter a squad coming off a 48-43 non-league loss to Wayne (Corydon, IA). The record now stands at 2-10.
