The Garden City Buffaloes (Garden City, KS) basketball felled the host Mount St. Mary Rockets (Oklahoma City, OK), 43-33 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Buffaloes (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Dodge City (Dodge City, KS). The Demons go into the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Dodge City Newton (Newton, KS), 0-0, in a non-league test.
The Rockets now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to North Rock Creek for a North Canadian River test on Tuesday, January 30. Mount St. Mary will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 47-40 non-league loss to McLoud (McLoud, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 14-4.
