The Garrison Troopers routed the visiting White Shield Warriors basketball team by a final score of 73-32 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Troopers face the Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] Cougars (Turtle Lake, ND) in a B District 6 game, on Monday, January 29. Garrison will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 21-0 record after their 65-12 league win over Wilton/Wing (Wilton, ND).

With the defeat, White Shield moves to 0-16 on the year.
