Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Masterman topped by Germantown Friends

The Germantown Friends basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Masterman to 30 in the non-league victory on Saturday.
The now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host George School for a Friends Schools contest on Tuesday, January 30. Germantown Friends will battle a Cougars team coming off a 72-50 league loss to Westtown (West Chester, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-8.
The (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against John Bartram (Philadelphia, PA). The Braves come into the Philadelphia Public - National contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, John Bartram prevailed over Tacony Academy Charter (Philadelphia, PA), 50-44, in a league contest.
